The team of Equipe Verschuur is fighting their way to the front of the GT4 grid in several championships. After the title in 2017 in the PRO/AM class of the GT4 European Series, the Dutch team has expanded their GT4 activities also to British GT. A very strong championship with a lot of potential, that is what British GT is known for.

During the weekend of the prestigious 'Silverstone 500', which is of course held at the famous Silverstone venue, the drivers of Equipe Verschuur (Finlay Hutchison/Daniel McKay) took their maiden pole position in the GT4 class of the British GT championship.

That both drivers were fast and eager, was also shown in the early stages of the race of the Silverstone 500. The British young talents were rushing like a rocket and managed to take a gap of over thirty seconds on their closest competitors.

Unfortunately, luck was not at the side of Equipe Verschuur and their drivers. After a few hours, while leading the race easily, a technical failure (front suspension damage) forced the drivers to stop the car at the pit and end their race.
